Job Responsibilities
Responsible for generating sales leads via direct contact and networking with wineries and wine industry professionals in WA state. Includes cold calling via phone, in person, email, and social media marketing. Provide demonstrations of the software to potential users and participate in onboarding new clients. You will be required to bring a minimum number of new wineries monthly.Required Qualifications:
Must have a winery background and understanding of direct to consumer sales of wine. Must have a genuine appreciation for small and medium size wineries/businesses and must enjoy helping winery owners and employees succeed. Must be self motivated and ability to manage one's own time efficiently. Kindness, honesty, patience, towards end-users a must. Ability to work with a team required. The rest of the team works hard and we expect that you will too. Must have some technical skills and ability to learn to use various software applications. Previous experience with DTC wine software a plus as well as shipping software like FedEx, UPS, Fort, compliance, marketing, and social media.Desired Qualifications
Previous Sales Experience preferred. Social media experience a plus.Duration/Compensation/Benfits:
Preferably full time and permanent position. Will consider part time for right candidate. Flexible company with flexible employee benefits and time off. You'll feel supported by your team members. Compensation dependent upon previous experience and includes commissions. First year income should range $75,000 to $125,000.
